Service Agreement: By using Auto Shark's services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional agreements pertaining to specific services rendered.
Service Descriptions: Auto Shark offers a variety of car services including but not limited to film application, polishing, washing, and car denting painting. The specifics of each service will be discussed with the customer prior to commencement.
Booking and Cancellation: Customers are required to book appointments for services in advance. Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment: Payment for services rendered by Auto Shark is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
Service Warranty: Auto Shark provides a warranty for the services rendered. Any issues or concerns regarding the service must be reported within 72 hours of completion for resolution.
Liability: While Auto Shark takes every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your vehicle during service, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that may occur. Customers are encouraged to remove any valuables from their vehicles prior to service.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicles and any specific requirements for the services requested.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Auto Shark reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms periodically for any changes.
